Raw materials: flour 300g, yeast powder 20g, suitable amount of hot water.
How to make cured meat in pancakes:
1. Put flour and yeast powder into hot water, mix round into dough, and then cover it with a piece of cloth for 40 to 50 minutes until the dough is totally inflated. (Like picture 1)

Step 1
